This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made through freshculinarytions.com.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

freshculinarytions.com accepts the following payment methods at checkout:

Availability may vary by device, browser, location, and the payment services enabled at checkout. All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise.

2. ORDER TOTALS AND AUTHORIZATION

The complete amount due, including the product price, applicable taxes, discounts, and any disclosed charges, is shown before the customer submits an order. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping as described in the Shipping Policy.

Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to approve and process the displayed amount. A temporary authorization may appear before the final charge. The timing of an authorization release is controlled by the card issuer or payment provider.

An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order request. It does not guarantee acceptance. freshculinarytions.com may cancel or place an order on hold if payment cannot be authorized, order information is incomplete, inventory is unavailable, or reasonable fraud-prevention checks require verification. If a canceled order has already been charged, the amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. PAYMENT SECURITY

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the payment providers made available at checkout. Card and digital-wallet credentials are transmitted through those providers' secure systems. freshculinarytions.com does not store complete payment-card numbers or security codes on its own systems.

Customers must provide current and accurate billing, contact, and payment information. A payment may be declined because of an incorrect billing address, insufficient funds, an expired card, an issuer restriction, or a payment-provider security decision. The issuing bank or payment provider can explain a decline that freshculinarytions.com cannot resolve.
