Products must be assembled and used according to the supplied instructions. Fasteners should be checked before use; caster locks should be engaged when a cart is meant to remain stationary; loads should be distributed safely; and posted weight limits must not be exceeded. A cart must not be used to carry a person, child, or pet unless the product page expressly states that it was designed for that purpose. Product use is the customer's responsibility after delivery and assembly, except to the extent liability cannot be limited by law.

Reasonable efforts are made to display product colors and details accurately. Screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and manual measurement may cause minor differences. A material discrepancy, defective item, or incorrect item is handled under the Return and Refund Policy.

3. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The final checkout page displays the product price, applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charge, and total amount before the customer submits payment. Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping under the Shipping Policy.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
